JOB ADVERT – PROJECT STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

London – Euston Road | Permanent | Full-time

About engineeria

engineeria is a design-led civil and structural engineering consultancy delivering creative, innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions across a wide range of building and development projects.

Our work spans residential, hospitality, logistics, commercial and mixed-use developments, often on complex urban sites requiring careful coordination and technical clarity. As a growing practice, we are entering the next stage of expansion and are looking to strengthen the way we operate, present our work, and engage with clients and collaborators.

We are looking to appoint a Project Structural Engineer, who wants to play a central role in shaping and growing our structural engineering capability.

This is more than just a project delivery role. It offers the chance to work closely with Chartered Structural Engineers to help develop the structural engineering team, influence technical standards, and play a key part in the long-term growth of the practice.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Structural Engineer to provide technical leadership across our structural engineering work while helping to grow the capability and reputation of the discipline within the business.

You will act as a technical authority for structural engineering design, providing assurance on projects while also leading delivery on complex schemes. Alongside project work, you will help establish robust technical standards, support the development of junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of the team.

The structural engineering capability within the practice is currently led by the Structural Engineering Director and Technical Director supported by Chartered Associate Engineers. This appointment represents an important step in expanding the team, and the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how the structural engineering discipline develops within the practice as it grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
