Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of Agile delivery activities across Accessories Engineering squads, ensuring alignment to Program Increment objectives and programme milestones.
  • Facilitate effective backlog refinement, planning and review activities by ensuring teams are prepared, aligned and focused on delivery outcomes.
  • Support effective prioritisation and execution of engineering activities by collaborating closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads and Chapter Leads.
  • Monitor squad performance, delivery predictability and flow metrics, identifying opportunities to improve team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between engineering teams, suppliers, programme functions and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate visibility of delivery progress, dependencies, risks and constraints through Agile planning tools and reporting mechanisms.
  • Identify, track and support resolution of delivery risks, blockers, constraints and impediments through established governance and escalation channels.
  • Promote Agile principles and best practices, encouraging a culture of transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate lessons learned, retrospective actions and Agile maturity improvement initiatives.
  • Coach squad members and stakeholders in Agile principles, planning practices and delivery excellence.
  • Support Program Increment planning activities and maintain alignment between squad objectives, engineering deliverables and programme timing.
  • Contribute actively to Agile Communities of Practice.
  • Ensure adherence to defined product and engineering processes, including requirements traceability and appropriate governance gates.
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
