Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and growing our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content)
- Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI across all channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners and influencers
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing management
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
