Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and growing our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content)
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI across all channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners and influencers
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing management
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
