Wildcat Marine is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Master 200GT Skipper for ad-hoc work on our Windfarm Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) operating out of Liverpool. This role is perfect for someone with a strong maritime background who is available for flexible, short-term engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate the vessel in line with industry standards and company policies
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and oversee crew operations
- Conduct safety drills and manage emergency procedures
- Communicate effectively with onshore personnel and other vessels in the area
- Maintain logs, records, and reports as required
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the vessel and its equipment

Requirements:
- Master 200GT certificate
- Valid STCW certification & GMDSS Radio Operator certification
- Seafarer Medical Certificate
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Wind farm experience essential (Experience on jets a plus)
