VP of Industrial Engineering

Humanoid | London | Reports to CTO

About Humanoid

We're building the first commercially deployed humanoid robots for industrial environments. Our wheeled industrial robot, now in active customer pilots (Schaeffler, Bosch, Siemens, and others), will begin beta fleet shipping in 2026, with production scaling annually thereafter.

Our engineering leadership stems from pioneers in robotics and AI, including alumni from Boston Dynamics, Amazon Robotics, Brain Corp, Sanctuary AI, Yandex Self-Driving, Nebius, Cloudflare, and Google. Collectively, our team has deployed hundreds of thousands of robots into real-world operation. With strong capital and an assembled talent base across Europe, the US, and Canada, we operate out of London (HQ), Vancouver, Boston, and San Diego.

Why Humanoid’s Approach is Different

Unlike other humanoid efforts focused solely on fully general-purpose bipeds, we prioritise a customer-centric, practically deployable solution. Our wheeled industrial humanoids are designed to solve immediate real-world problems, upholding a philosophy of generalized hardware and learning paradigms.

This means:

  • Rapid, flexible deployment across fleets—days to weeks, not quarters.
  • Cross-industry scalability for logistics, manufacturing, automotive, and adjacent sectors.
  • Self-iterating capabilities: Learn once, apply fleet-wide.

Our AI strategy focuses on path-breaking learning paradigms, including fleet learning, embodied agents, and foundation models for autonomy. A full exploration of this technical foundation is available in our public AI whitepaper.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
