Company Description
The Sales Architects helps founder-led B2B companies solve pipeline challenges rather than simply increasing sales activity. The firm designs and implements sales infrastructure that creates predictable, owned revenue systems instead of temporary, outsourced growth. Their work focuses on both sales pipeline design—outbound systems, messaging, targeting, process, and operations—and talent pipeline—hiring, assessing, and developing sales professionals suited to each environment. The Sales Architects specializes in B2B SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, data, and services, and has refined its approach across more than 170 B2B companies. This gives team members exposure to modern, high-growth business models and complex go-to-market strategies.

In this full-time, on-site role based in York, the Job Title will contribute to building and optimizing sales and talent pipelines for founder-led B2B clients. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
