Company Description
Private Therapy Clinic is a specialist mental health service focused on ADHD, autism, AuDHD assessments, psychiatry, and psychological therapy. The multidisciplinary team includes HCPC-registered psychologists, GMC-registered psychiatrists, and BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural therapists, providing care to adults, children, and young people. Services are offered in person at clinics in London and Dublin, and online across the UK, Ireland, and the UAE, with NHS Right to Choose referrals available for eligible families in England. Each clinician is highly specialised in particular treatment areas, ensuring tailored support for concerns such as depression, anger, and stress, using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). All support is confidential and scheduled to fit around clients’ needs and availability.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom at Private Therapy Clinic. The Job Title will support the delivery of high-quality mental health services by managing client-facing and administrative tasks, such as coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between clients and clinicians. Day-to-day responsibilities may include handling enquiries, preparing documentation, assisting with service logistics across different treatment pathways, and helping ensure a smooth client experience in the clinic. The role involves working closely with the clinical team, following clinic protocols, and contributing to a professional, confidential, and welcoming environment for clients and their families.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and sensitively with clients, families, and clinical staff.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Basic digital literacy, including confident use of email, calendars, and practice management or electronic record systems.
- Understanding of, or strong interest in, mental health services, neurodevelopmental conditions (such as ADHD and autism), and evidence-based therapies.
- Commitment to client confidentiality, ethical practice, and working within relevant UK healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and adapt to evolving service needs.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, mental health, or clinic setting is advantageous.
- Relevant education or training in health, psychology, social care, or administration is beneficial but not strictly required, depending on experience.
