Job Title

Electrical Contracts Manager

EcoGlow Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical and renewable energy projects across domestic and commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical and renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, ventilation, rewires, and electrical upgrades
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and site teams
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, NICEIC standards, and industry legislation
  • Conduct site inspections, meetings, and progress reviews
  • Liaise with clients, housing associations, contractors, and internal departments
  • Manage procurement of materials and project resources
  • Lead and support site teams to maintain quality and performance standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical contracts or project management
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
  • Experience in renewable energy or retrofit projects is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical roles
