Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Crewe. The Job Title role involves managing day-to-day activities related to high-end rental properties, including coordinating viewings, answering enquiries, and supporting applicants and tenants throughout the tenancy process.

  • Preparing property listings
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with tenancy agreements
  • Liaising with landlords and contractors to ensure properties are well maintained

The role also entails delivering professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email, contributing to the smooth operation of the office and the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, tenants, and landlords.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Customer service experience, preferably within property, hospitality, or related sectors, with a focus on high-quality client care.
  • Basic administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in email, calendars, and property or CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, contracts, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and take initiative in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Knowledge of residential lettings or property management processes is desirable; previous experience in an estate agency or rental environment is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business, property, or customer service is beneficial; a full, valid driving license may be advantageous depending on role requirements.
