Assistant Business Manager – Retail Beauty (Skincare, Makeup & Fragrance)

Your Role

- Recruitment & Retention: Developing and executing an agile business plan to strategically target customers, build loyalty, and drive engagement.
- In-Store Impact: Leading impactful retail events to enhance brand visibility and product discovery.
- Exceptional Customer Relationships: Creating memorable experiences where clients feel Valued, Respected, Connected, and Confident.
- Sales Leadership: Driving results across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance while maintaining Clinique’s market-leading standards.

Who You Are
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in retail, particularly cosmetics or beauty retail.
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience, including coaching teams to meet sales and service targets.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cash reconciliation, and retail operations.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country (required upon interview).
