Associate Broker
Originally from Albuquerque, NM, John moved to Ft. Collins to attend Colorado State University where he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Marketing. He has resided in Colorado for 27 years and has held a real estate license for the past 20 years. While he spends most of his time in Colorado, he maintains many roots in New Mexico, also known as the Chile capital of the world, and spends time there with family and other business ventures.
In 2003, John began a property management company in the Denver metro area. In the time that John managed the company – it expanded to over 2,000 doors in the 18 years that he owned it. John has participated in every facet of the property management business within an assortment of property types, including multi-family, single-family, industrial, commercial, and office projects. John has also brokered several single-family sales for various clients and has purchased a variety of real estate for personal investment, including over 150,000 sq ft of varying industrial space in his hometown of Albuquerque.

In addition to being a broker, John and his wife recently purchased The Lafayette Flea Market. While operating The Flea Market, John also works to clean up and repair components of the building. Simultaneously, John is also working on a project in New Mexico with his brother. This co-packaging project in New Mexico is producing ready-made cocktails in cans as well as other fun drinks. Outside of “flea marketing,” skiing, hiking, and traveling, John can often be found on a roof, in a crawl space or helping his neighbors fix something.
