We’re hiring for multiple seasonal positions, with recruitment starting mid-March 2025, to support our Poole-to-Jersey and St Malo-to-Jersey services. This is your chance to bring your expertise and passion to a leading global maritime organisation.
Your Seasonal Opportunity
We’re looking for committed individuals to join our Deck, Engineering, and Onboard Services teams for the 2026 operating season. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality service for both our crew and passengers.

What You Bring
We’re seeking professionals who:
- Have all relevant STCW95 certifications for their role.
- Are competent in essential muster duties.
- Can uphold high standards of safety, service, and operational reliability.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Can work effectively under strict deadlines in dynamic and pressurised environments.
- Show initiative, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Remain calm under pressure and approach challenges positively.
- Fluent in English.
- Live within a reasonable daily commute to Poole, UK.
- For Onboard Services roles: Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are essential. Prior onboard service experience, especially on High-Speed Craft, is an advantage but not essential.

All positions are contingent upon completing a statutory seafarer medical examination, internal training, and holding a valid passport at the time of interview.
