The Principals Group Specialist Network

The Principals Group brings together accomplished professionals from across industries, functions, and disciplines into a carefully curated Specialist Network.

When our Principals lead client engagements, they don't rely on generic consulting teams. They assemble the right combination of experience for each challenge by drawing on a trusted network of proven professionals.

Whether a client requires commercial leadership, operational expertise, digital transformation, finance capability, organizational change, technical knowledge, or industry insight, our Principals identify the people best placed to help deliver the outcome.

Joining the Specialist Network means becoming part of that ecosystem.

This is not a permanent consulting role, nor does joining the network guarantee project assignments. Instead, it provides the opportunity to be considered for project-based engagements where your experience aligns with a client's specific needs.

How It Works

  • Apply to join The Principals Group Specialist Network.
  • Complete our assessment process.
  • Build a comprehensive profile of your experience, expertise, and preferred areas of work.
  • When a Principal is designing a solution for a client, they search the network for professionals whose experience best matches the engagement.
  • A shortlist is created and presented to the client.
  • If selected, you'll be contracted to deliver your part of the project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
