  • Someone motivated by understanding the needs of our users and our business, working to map requirements around security, compliance, and scalability
  • Someone that enjoys minimal bureaucracy and a bias towards action
  • Someone that prefers working collaboratively - we work closely with various internal teams to evolve and optimise our systems.
  • Someone comfortable running production-level SaaS applications at scale, performing change management without disruption to users, and responding to incidents that impact the availability of the service for users
  • Someone that’s experienced working with AWS and production-level services in Kubernetes (in particular, VPC networking and security, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, ECR, and EKS).
