This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working in Cardiff with [3 days per month in office], 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 (plus up to £6k potential bonus - £2k budget, £2k plan, £2k stretch - to be paid annually - specific KPI measures to be agreed by Manager)

About The Role

As our Partnerships and Relationship Manager, you'll be the main contact for Which? Wills clients. You'll focus on growing partnerships in the charity and legacy sector while making sure everything runs smoothly for the people we support. Could you be the person who brings partners together and helps them achieve their goals?

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Find and create new partnership opportunities by working with teams across Which?, including marketing, products, tech and partnerships
  • Build strong links with charities to help position Which? Wills as a trusted partner in the legacy space
  • Set up and negotiate new partnerships, guiding third parties through the full onboarding process
  • Strengthen existing partnerships through regular reviews, feedback and renewals
  • Support Which? Wills clients as their main contact, making sure all processes and systems are followed

About You

  • You have a proven background in building long-term partnerships at a high level
  • You're skilled in communication and negotiation, and can connect with different people and teams
  • You have sales, business development or account management experience and a focus on achieving goals
  • You can use CRM systems and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite to manage your work
  • You're proactive, manage your own workload well, and always look for ways to improve services

The interview process

1 hour TEAMS interview to include questions around the candidates experience, previous roles and aspiration. Short oral presentation asking the candidate to provide ideas and suggestions of how they would promote the wills service to prospective third parties and charities, and any ideas/suggestions they have (no longer than 10 minutes).
