At Arbor Call Ltd, we are currently looking to fill several positions. Please contact us using the details below to discuss any of our vacancies.
We are offering a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, plus overtime pay and 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
Full PPE and climbing equipment is provided where needed, and career progression is encouraged and supported through training opportunities and internal promotion.

Preferred Skills
CLIMBER POSITION
- At least 3 years proven climbing and industry experience.
- The ability to work independently, with the drive and energy to motivate the working team.
- Good arboricultural knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Proven ability and experience to undertake all necessary arboricultural operations unsupervised.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- CS30/31/38/39 required (CS41 preferred).
- Full Clean UK driving license.

GROUNDSMAN POSITION
- At least 2 years proven experience within the industry preferred, with industry related qualifications.
- The ability to work well within a team, and can be relied upon to undertake necessary arboricultural operations unsupervised.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and with high attention to detail.
- Honesty and reliability.
- CS30/CS31 required.
- Valid Clean UK driving license and experience of towing.

Salary
Salary can be negotiated £30k – £45k pro rata, subject to experience and skillset.
Sub-contractor roles and permanent roles (after a trial period of 3-6 months).
