Location: London/Hybrid (minimum x2 days per week in the office based around business requirements)
Salary: £87,500 - £92,500 per annum FTE

About The Role
Are you ready to guide a major change that will shape how we work across the whole organisation?
Which? is looking for an IT Transformation Manager to help us move from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. This is a 9-month fixed term contract where you'll bring people together across teams and suppliers to make this change happen smoothly.
You'll be the main technical contact for this Transformation, working alongside skilled colleagues and partners. While the project sponsor looks after overall success, you'll focus on all the technical parts.
You'll build trusted relationships with suppliers, colleagues across IT, and work closely with change and project managers. Your role is to lead the delivery of all the technical work required to ensure the smooth migration to Microsoft 365, bringing your experience to identify solutions and keep the project on track. You will make sure everyone knows what's happening technically, what risks we face, and how we're doing.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead the delivery of technical work required to Support the move from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, making sure it's done well and causes minimal disruption
- Work with suppliers, IT teams, and change and project managers to keep everyone updated on technical needs, risks and progress
- Oversee how Microsoft 365 is set up, making sure it meets our policies, standards and stays secure
- Spot technical risks early and share them with the project manager and team
- Help colleagues get ready for the change and support users when they need it

About You
- You have strong experience guiding big IT changes at enterprise level
- You've worked successfully with suppliers and teams across different areas
- You know Microsoft 365 well and understand how to set it up for large organisations
- You're organised and can explain technical ideas clearly to people who aren't technical
- You build good relationships and can bring people together to achieve shared goals

The interview process for this role involves:
- 1st stage - Virtual meeting with the Head of PMO and Head of IT & Corporate Systems
- 2nd stage - Virtual Meeting with the Chief Product & Technology Officer
