Join Our Team – Experienced Relief Chefs Wanted Are you a passionate and skilled chef looking for your next challenge? At Chefs for Chefs, we’re expanding our team of talented Relief Chefs to support a wide range of hospitality businesses across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing As a Relief Chef, you’ll step into professional kitchens and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Your duties will include: Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to established standards. Supporting kitchen teams with service, prep, and cleaning tasks. Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and organisation at all times. Adapting quickly to new environments and contributing positively to the team. Collaborating with business owners and chefs to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Role Expectations Kitchen Porter – Support chefs with basic prep, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, manage dishwashing areas, and assist in keeping the kitchen organised. Chef de Partie – Deliver consistent dishes, maintain section standards, and support smooth kitchen service. Sous Chef – Lead kitchen teams, deputise for the Head Chef, manage orders, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Head Chef – Oversee all kitchen operations including rotas, stock control, ordering, compliance, and staff management. What We’re Looking For Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certificates (minimum). Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A DBS check is desirable but not essential. Why Join Chefs for Chefs? UK-wide Rates: Kitchen Porter – £12.71ph + holiday pay (£14.24ph total) Chef de Partie – £13.50ph + holiday pay (£15.12ph total) Sous Chef – £15.50ph + holiday pay (£17.37ph total) Head Chef – £17.50ph + holiday pay (£19.61ph total) London Rates: Kitchen Porter – £14.00ph + holiday pay (£15.68ph total) Chef de Partie – £14.50ph + holiday pay (£16.25ph total) Sous Chef – £16.50ph + holiday pay (£18.49ph total) Head Chef – £18.50ph + holiday pay (£20.73ph total)
