Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced sporting environment? Constellation is recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and professional team members to join us at Peterborough United Football Club.
We are looking for individuals to support both our Retail & Catering Operations and Hospitality Teams, working across matchdays, conferences, corporate events, hospitality lounges, executive boxes, and special events throughout the year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a professional football club, gain valuable experience, and be part of an exciting matchday atmosphere.

The Weston Homes Stadium, home of Peterborough United Football Club, is one of the region's leading sports and events venues. Hosting EFL matchdays, corporate hospitality, conferences, private functions, and special events throughout the year, the stadium offers a vibrant and exciting working environment where no two days are the same.
As part of the growing Constellation and Levy portfolio, this is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a venue that is continuing to develop its food, beverage, retail, and hospitality offering. You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional experiences to supporters, guests, and corporate clients across a variety of events and matchdays.
Whether working within bustling retail kiosks, premium hospitality lounges, executive boxes, or event spaces, you'll be part of a professional team committed to delivering outstanding service at every event.
Role Overview
As part of our event operations team, you will help deliver outstanding service across a variety of customer-facing areas within the stadium.

Depending on your experience and the needs of the event, you may work within:
- Retail kiosks and concourse catering outlets
- Hospitality lounges and executive boxes
- Premium dining and VIP hospitality areas
- Bars and beverage service points
- Corporate and special event spaces
We are looking for adaptable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a busy environment and take pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Kiosk & Catering Staff
- Serve food, snacks, and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Operate tills and process cashless transactions accurately
- Prepare and replenish food and drink products throughout service
- Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked kiosk areas
- Deliver excellent customer service to supporters and guests
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
- Assist with kiosk setup, stock replenishment, and closing procedures
Hospitality Plate Waiters & Bartenders
- Deliver professional table service within hospitality lounges and executive boxes
- Serve plated meals and beverages to the highest standard
- Confidently explain menu items and respond to guest queries
- Prepare hospitality areas and event spaces for service
- Support both waiting and bar operations as required
- Prepare and serve beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks
- Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and stock organisation
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams
What We're Looking For
Retail & Catering Roles
- Previous experience in retail, catering, food service, hospitality, or customer service is desirable
- Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
Hospitality Roles
- Previous experience as a plate waiter, bartender, waiter/waitress, or hospitality host
- A strong background in both waiting and bar service is preferred
- Multi-skilled hospitality professionals who can confidently support both table service and bar operations
- Good understanding of bar operations, service standards, stock awareness, and bar setup
- Strong product knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and premium beverages
- Confident carrying and serving plated meals
- Experience within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, stadiums, or event venues
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards

Important Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Availability to work matchdays, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced stadium environment
- Hospitality applicants should have previous waiting and/or bar experience
