Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on joinery contracts within a range of properties owned and managed by ng homes, delivering all projects and commercial contracts on time and within pre-set budgets. The successful candidate will provide a high quality joinery service to support maintenance projects for ng2 Ltd on behalf of ng homes.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Experience of working in general property maintenance and construction

Essential Qualifications:

  • A full, current UK driving licence
  • Recognised appropriate trades papers and qualifications
