What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out joinery installations and repairs in domestic properties:
- Doors, kitchens, flooring, internal fittings
- Working to specifications, reports, and agreed standards
- Protecting customers’ homes/belongings during work
- Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers, and teams to meet deadlines
- Recording work activity and completing documentation
- Supporting apprentices and contributing to team performance/KPIs
What Your Day Looks Like
- A structured schedule covering:
- Repairs and maintenance
- Travelling between jobs in your company van
- Working independently or with a team
- Direct engagement with customers in their homes
- Ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance standards

Where You’ll Work
You’ll work across:
- Occupied homes
- Void/empty properties
- A range of domestic properties in your local area
- environments involving vulnerable customers
Essential Criteria (Must meet all)
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Joinery
- Experience as a Joiner, ideally within:
- Social housing
- Domestic properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within the WF postcode (due to local patch coverage)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience across multiple trades
- IT literacy or willingness to learn digital systems
