Joiners/ Kitchen Fitters – Social Housing Refurb Projects
About the Role
We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Joiners with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys!
With our rapid growth and continued development, we are looking to hire hardworking Joiners/Kitchen Fitters for a variety of Social Housing refurb projects across Greater Manchester.
- Previous experience in this type of work is essential
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting experience is desired

We operate within the social housing sector, providing holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations throughout:
- Northwest
- North Wales
- West Yorkshire
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Joinery works – 1st and 2nd fix
- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom boxing-in
- Door undercuts
- Installing loft hatches
- Basic skills in related trades including plastering and painting

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- Relevant trade qualification
- CSCS Card (ideal but not essential)
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
- Comfortable working in a live environment and occupied homes
Mandatory requirement: You MUST be willing to complete your CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness training within 4 weeks of starting work.
Package
We offer a price work/day rate, with the following:
- Pay may be negotiable, depending on experience and workload
