The Vacancy

Multi Skilled Joiners – Care and Support Repairs Service

Locations: East Midlands

We are expanding our Care and Support Repairs Service and have an exciting opportunity for a qualified, experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join our team. If you’re looking for a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Joiner, you’ll carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance works within care and support properties across the East Midlands. Our work covers everything from small domestic repairs—such as fixing windows, doors, and kitchens—through to larger planned tasks, including subfloor replacements and kitchen refits. You’ll be part of a specialist team, working in properties which house vulnerable individuals with care and support needs. We pride ourselves in providing quality, customer focus, repairs which we get right first time. This is a rewarding role which offers the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
