Qualified Joiner - Full Time (Permanent) Role
We're hiring a qualified Joiner, offering a company van and consistent local work. What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out joinery installations and repairs in domestic properties, including:
- Doors, kitchens, flooring and internal fittings
- Work to specifications, reports and agreed standards
- Safeguarding customers’ homes/property during work
- Collaborating with teams (supervisors, schedulers) to meet deadlines
- Documenting work and KPIs through required systems
- Supporting apprentices and fostering team performance

A Day in Your Role
- Completing repairs/maintenance following a structured schedule
- Travelling locally in your company van
- Working independently or alongside tradespeople
- Direct engagement with customers’ homes
- Ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance
Working Environments
You’ll work across:
- Occupied homes (including Vulnerable Customer support)
- Empty/void properties
- A range of domestic homes in your local area
Essential Criteria (Must meet all of these)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery
- Experience as a Joiner, ideally in social housing or domestic properties
- Full UK driving licence (saccharable if based in PE postcode area)
- Must be based within the PE postcode (due to operational coverage)
Nice-to-Have (Not Essential)
- Experience across multiple trades
- IT literacy or willingness to learn digital workplace systems
