Joiner – Residential Maintenance (Bradford District)

Join us in shaping better homes and stronger communities. We're seeking an experienced Joiner to carry out high-quality repairs and improvements across our customers’ homes. If you're reliable, solution-driven, and passionate about helping residents feel proud of their homes, this could be the role for you.

About Us

We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region, managing over 22,000 social and affordable homes, primarily in the Bradford district. We employ a talented team of nearly 1,000 people.

We recently launched our five-year Corporate Strategy (2025–2029), driven by our core purpose: To provide high-quality homes, services, and support to our customers.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our colleagues help achieve our vision—creating the best customer experience to improve everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out joinery repairs and general maintenance in our properties to the highest quality standard.
  • Assesse work needs, recommend actions, and escalate (if outside core expertise) to the Repairs Service Centre for further attention.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to ensure transparency about the process, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Comply with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) and all related safety regulations.
  • Update Dynamic Repairs Scheduler with accurate system information.
  • Maintain and provide detailed work documentation as required.
  • Travel across the Bradford district (own transport or manual vehicle required).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
