Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Joiner/Cabinet Maker role located in the Addingham, Ilkley area of Leeds. The Joiner/Cabinet Maker will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and installing bespoke cabinets, joinery components, and interior fittings according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and cutting materials, operating woodworking machinery, using hand and power tools, and performing finish carpentry to achieve high-quality surfaces and joints. The role involves working in the workshop and occasionally on client sites, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and to required standards. The Joiner/Cabinet Maker will also inspect completed work, make necessary adjustments, and follow company procedures for quality control and health and safety.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Carpentry, including cabinet making and general joinery skills.
- Proficiency with Power Tools such as saws, sanders, drills, and woodworking machinery.
- Skilled use of Hand Tools for precise measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing work.
- Experience with Framing and structural assembly for interior installations and fittings.
- Ability to perform Finish Carpentry, ensuring accurate alignment, smooth finishes, and high-quality detailing.
- Relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in carpentry, joinery, or cabinet making (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
- Previous experience in bespoke interiors, fitted furniture, or similar workshop environments is beneficial.
- Must have a car and be able to drive due to the remote location of the site

Benefits
- Working hours are 7am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 7am-3pm Fridays.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x for the first 5 hours and 2x for anything above that.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays + Extra Gifted holidays for Christmas Shutdown between 7-14 days!

- Up to £18 per hour, salary to be negotiated dependant on experience
