Step into the role of Graduate Graphic Designer
Working Pattern: This is a full-time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose-built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role.
Our Location
Market Harborough in Leicestershire, is where Joules began in 1989. This market town is home to the brand’s Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars, and restaurants. It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike.
What You'll Take On
Work within the Creative Services team and discover an exciting, entry-level opportunity to take on an integral role here at Joules Head Office. Expect to be accountable for supporting and evolving our creative direction across Digital, Social, Retail, Wholesale & Campaigns.
- Under the guidance of senior members of the team you will handle artwork from initial mood and briefs to deliver final assets.
- Understand colour usage, typography, and layout in line with the Brand direction.
- Produce digital and print design solutions for a variety of uses: Digital, product graphics, packaging, social media, video, Windows, Catalogues, Shows & Showrooms.
- Produce accurate artwork to tight deadlines supporting the rest of the creative delivery team always maintaining a flexible approach.
- Work hand in hand with senior members of the team and feel comfortable collaborating with wider teams and presenting ideas and work.
- Admin support for the wider team.
- Gather and organise competitor research.
- Support for the Concept Team when required.

What You'll Bring
To really shine within the role of Graduate Graphic Designer you must be able to work flexibly and at pace with a creative eye. From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you have:
- B.A (Hons) Design/Graphics degree (or related subject)
- An understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator) & Microsoft Office & ideally some knowledge of Figma and after effects (though not essential)
- An affinity for Colour, Typography, and Layout
- Good attention to detail
- Good collaboration and communication skills
