As a Sales Assistant, you’ll drive a fantastic customer experience at our retail stores by combining product expertise with a friendly, nurturing approach. You’ll deliver Joules’ style and ethos to every customer, without sacrificing attention to detail.

- Understanding and exceeding store targets and customer expectations
- Carrying the Joules brand with confidence, through every interaction
- Ensuring retail excellence—front and back—by maintaining operational standards
- Supporting colleagues and customers with enthusiasm
- Reflecting Joules’ spirit: boldness, warmth, creativity, and a shoulder for your teammates
About You
The ideal Sales Assistant is someone who: ✔ Thrives in a supportive, collaborative team culture ✔ Cares about elevating the customer experience with personality ✔ Enjoys solving problems with determination and creativity ✔ Values balance, passion and purpose in their work
