About You: The Ideal Sales Assistant
As a Sales Assistant, you’re the face of Joules, charged with:
- Driving sales by fully understanding store targets and objectives.
- Creating a unique, customer-centric shopping experience aligned with Joules’ brand.
- Haymaking a difference on-drop, ensuring premium customer service from day one.
- Maintaining high retail standards—both on the shop floor (customer facing) and in back-of-house operations, such as stock management, POS updates, and floor presentation.
- Taking initiative: passionate about problem-solving and confident in developing your retail skills on the job.
