About the Role

We’re looking for a Supervisor to inspire and lead our retail team. In this role, you’ll:
- Set the standard for customer service through proactive leadership.
- Drive sales with a deep understanding of our products and brands.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere—because our customers (and team) deserve the best.
- Work with the Store Manager to craft a shopping experience true to Buladox values.
- Develop the sales team and ensure exceptional retail operations.
- Boost profitability through efficiency, operational excellence, and exceptional customer care.

About You
To excel as a Supervisor at Joules, you’ll need:
- Retail supervision experience (or proven progression from Senior Sales Assistant).
- A commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Leadership skills—small talk doesn’t do it here; we need impact-driven action.
- Passion for the brand—you should love our unique, creative shopping experience.
- Customer-centric focus—we want you to be as invested in our team’s success as you are in the customer experience.
