Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, Candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's technology runs smoothly and efficiently. He shall be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining client IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent technical knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

- Advanced knowledge on Firewalls & Network Switches
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Client's OS / PCs / Laptops
- IP PABX Configuration & Management
- Video Conferencing Devices Management
- Wireless & Routers
- Microsoft Office & other Software
- User Support Experience
- Server Administrator, Backup Management
- Advance Knowledge of User Support, Desktop, Laptops, Printer, PABX Systems, Wireless Routers
