Why Work at JOE & THE JUICE

JOE & THE JUICE is a people-centric food and beverage company built around culture—not just juice, sandwiches, coffee, and more. When you join us, you step into a high-energy community where the music is loud, the bar is your stage, and your personality matters as much as your skills.

We believe in four core virtues that shape everything we do:

  • Positive Attitude
  • Inclusion
  • Social Ties
  • Growth

For us, this means:

  • A cup-half-full mindset goes a long way.
  • Welcoming every background—we’re stronger as a diverse team.
  • Building real friendships across the bar creates guest experiences that set us apart.
  • Every shift is an opportunity to learn and grow, turning Juicer life into purpose and meaning.

From day one, you’ll become part of a thriving global network of Juicers who lift each other up, celebrate wins together, and push every team member to thrive. You’ll learn by doing, advance through our Moneyball career path, and join a company where most leaders—from floor staff to executive roles—started as Juicers! In fact, over 75% of employees began their journey behind the bar.

Ideal for those who love fast-paced ambient service, music, people, and turning a role into a lifestyle—JOE becomes a place to build skills, forge lasting friendships, and scale a career spanning continents and roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with enthusiasm and attentiveness.
  • Ensure product quality by rigorously following the product manual for consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain hygiène standards through adherence to company cleanliness policies and guidelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
