Junior 3D Designer - Events
Location: Surrey, UK - Hybrid (1 day a week)
At Nteractive, we bring ideas to life through unforgettable brand experiences. From global events and immersive environments to exhibitions and live activations, our creative teams design spaces that connect audiences with some of the world’s leading brands.
We’re looking for a Junior 3D Designer to join our Creative Studio and support the development of exciting physical and experiential environments. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll gain experience working across real-world projects from concept through to delivery.
Working closely with senior designers and a multi-disciplinary creative team, you’ll help shape exhibition stands, stage sets, experiential activations and immersive brand environments.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll support the 3D design process across a wide range of live and experiential projects, contributing to ideas from early concept through to production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of 3D design concepts from initial sketch through to final delivery
- Creating mood boards, sketches and 3D visuals to communicate creative ideas
- Assisting with floorplans, technical drawings and presentation materials
- Conducting research into materials, trends, spatial design and production techniques
- Collaborating with 2D designers, producers and creative teams to deliver integrated concepts
- Taking part in creative brainstorms and internal reviews
- Supporting supplier research and coordination where required
- Receiving and applying feedback to develop your design skills
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality creative work to brief and deadline
- Developing a strong understanding of how design translates into real-world environments

What You Will Bring
- A portfolio showcasing 3D design work (coursework, internships, freelance or personal projects welcome)
- Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max or similar
- Basic understanding of spatial design and how 3D concepts are built in real-world environments
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator essential)
- Strong visual awareness and the ability to communicate ideas clearly
- A genuine interest in experiential design, events, architecture or spatial design
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally
- Suitable home working environment when remote
- Hybrid working with occasional office attendance for collaboration and project delivery
