We're expanding our Birmingham team and looking for energetic, people-loving individuals to join us as Junior Account Executive.
Whether you've just graduated, switching careers, or just ready to do something more dynamic, we'll give you the training, coaching, and platform to build a long-term future in sales and leadership.
Tasks
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands and generate new business through engaging conversations.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional experiences
- Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
- Take ownership of your results and contribute ideas to improve team campaigns.
- Support new team members through training and mentoring as you progress
- Attend regular workshops, development sessions, and company events

- Full-time availability and ability to work on-site in Birmingham.
- Full-time UK working visa
