Via is supporting a specialist shopper, retail and brand experience agency within a global network of creative businesses. The agency works with some of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands, delivering campaigns that influence behaviour at the point of purchase — across retail, digital commerce, in-store experience and live brand activations.
This is an opportunity for a Junior Account Executive to join the client services team and build a career in shopper marketing and retail-led communications, rather than traditional advertising.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of campaign delivery, supporting the execution of retail, shopper and experiential marketing projects from brief through to final delivery.
- You’ll work closely with account leads, creatives, production teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard — often across multiple markets and retail environments.
- The focus is on driving commercial impact at the point of purchase, helping global brands translate creative ideas into real-world retail execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
