Junior Account Executive (m/f/d)

Junior Account Executive - International Sales (12-Month Fixed-Term)

Are you at the start of your career in media, advertising or sales, and looking for a role with real international exposure? We are looking for a motivated, German-speaking Junior Account Executive to support our International Sales Team in our London office. This is a 12-month fixed-term position and would suit someone with some relevant experience, or strong internship experience, in advertising, media, marketing or sales, who wants to build a career in international advertising sales and gain hands-on experience with one of Europe’s leading digital publishers. Axel Springer is the company behind international media brands including POLITICO, Business Insider and Morning Brew, as well as leading German media brands such as BILD and WELT.

Within Media Impact, Axel Springer’s dedicated sales house for Germany, our International Sales Team works with agencies and advertisers outside Germany who want to reach German audiences through trusted, high-quality media brands. Together with colleagues in Berlin, London and other international markets, you support the development of client relationships and gain valuable experience in international advertising sales.

We believe in the future of journalism as a business model and invest in forward-looking technologies. Our five essentials are the values that unite us and guide us in our commitment to freedom.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
