Overview
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a 12-month development role designed to fast-track early-career sales talent into a high-performing Account Executive position within our core sales team.
You’ll gain exposure to the full sales cycle while selling a broad portfolio of technology solutions including Unified Communications (UC), Contact Centre (CC), Managed IT Services, Mobile, and IoT.
The Role
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll operate in a full 360° sales role, taking ownership of the entire sales journey—from identifying opportunities through to closing and handover.
You’ll focus on businesses with 1–100 employees, building your own pipeline through a mix of outbound activity and self-generated opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and build a consistent sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and creative lead generation
- Identify and engage new business opportunities (new logos)
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position relevant solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Deliver product-led conversations across:
- Unified Communications (UC)
- Contact Centre (CC)
- Managed IT Services
- Mobile & IoT solutions
- Achieve activity metrics including meetings booked and attended
- Accurately maintain CRM records and manage pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

- Consistent pipeline generation
- Strong meeting activity and conversion rates
- Successful closing of new business deals
- Rapid development of product and industry knowledge
About You
- Early-career professional with some exposure to sales (preferred but not essential)
- Highly motivated, proactive, and coachable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and engaging new clients
- Interest in technology and MSP services
- Organised and disciplined in managing activity and pipeline

Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £36,000
