WeDiscover Early Careers Scheme

WeDiscover is offering first-time job seekers the opportunity to join our Early Careers scheme, starting in September 2026. You will be joining one of the best businesses to work for in the UK, becoming part of a scheme which was awarded Best Next Generation Initiative award at the UK Company Culture Awards. Through this you'll learn from the best in the industry to become a full-time Junior Paid Search Executive at the Best Agency in Europe.

This is an entry-level role designed for individuals with little to no prior Digital Marketing experience. The programme begins with an intensive, face-to-face training period, blending group learning, hands-on practice, and 1:1 mentoring from some of the best in the industry. If you'd like to find out more about our Early Careers Scheme at WeDiscover, take a look at the experiences of one of our previous cohorts on our blog.

A note that if you already have commercial experience in paid media, this scheme isn't the right fit for you. Instead, take a look at some of the other open roles on our careers page.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
