Notting Hill-based PR Agency Supporting Nordic + European Startups Seeks Team Members
We are looking for exceptional individuals (from Graduates to Senior Account Manager level) to join the Business, Technology, Consumer and Creative divisions of our rapidly-growing firm. We are a close-knit, innovative team working to make famous in Britain a longboat-full of remarkable startups and scaleups from Scandinavia, Germany, and the US.
With a strong focus on harnessing and setting the news agenda, candidates should have a keen interest in the British and international media landscape as well as an instinct for what makes a good news story.

About Deliberate
Deliberate PR uses news-powered PR to bring the very smartest Nordic, German, and American tech startups and scaleups to the UK (and wider English-speaking world).
You will:
- Help with planning and delivering media strategies for our clients
- Raise the profile of client key staff (whether Founders/CEOs or in-house experts) within the news cycle and tech and business media
- Potentially attend client and new business meetings in Scandinavia, Europe, or the USA
You should:
- Have a keen interest in the interlinked nature of the news cycle, tech startups, social media, and global business and societal trends
- Be confident and effective in verbal communication, whether phoning journalists or giving presentations to clients
- Be someone with the confidence to work independently on multiple projects
- Ideally have experience in journalism or PR
- Have an ability to conduct high level research in a time efficient manner, being able to process and utilise sources such as academic papers or think tank reports
- Have excellent copywriting skills
- Proactively offer creative ideas
- Be someone with strong interpersonal skills, who prides themselves on organisation, time management, and forward planning
- Take the initiative when it comes to sourcing media opportunities and contributing to strategy
- Be enthusiastic and genuinely excited about our clients, with a personable and friendly demeanour
