Overview

4ThePlayer is an award-winning boutique slot studio creating innovative games for some of the world's biggest casino operators. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a junior Account Manager to join 4ThePlayer. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fun, highly experienced team in a fast-moving company with a clear plan and plenty of momentum and positivity.

In this role, you will work closely with our Co-Founder, Commercial & Marketing Director, and our existing Account Manager and marketing team, as well as the wider team, to help manage and grow our customer relationships.

This role is 100% remote, but we require you to work in the UK time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of customer accounts, alongside the existing Commercial team and platform partners.
  • Work closely with the Co-Founder and Commercial & Marketing Director to help deliver our commercial plan across customer accounts.
  • Support the commercial team with the management of our game database and other administrative tasks.
  • Present and sell in new and existing game releases to customers (in-person and via video calls).
  • Ensure customers launch new games on time, and help identify and close gaps where games are missing from their portfolio.
  • Work with customers to secure strong placement and inclusion in relevant marketing activity.
  • Coordinate multiple customer requests across different communication channels and keep things moving internally.
  • Attend key industry trade shows and events, meeting customers and partners in person to strengthen relationships and drive new opportunities.
  • Support 4ThePlayer's presence on LinkedIn by sharing company news, celebrating launches and engaging with the wider industry.

Must have

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a role involving regular customer communication (Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Sales Support, etc.).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable managing multiple customer requests across multiple channels (email, Slack/Teams, calls, etc.).
  • Experience working with partners and interacting with multiple sales/commercial teams (internal or external).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional approach
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability (or willingness to learn) to demo a slot game at a deep level.

  • Genuine interest in betting and gaming (especially online casino).
  • Comfort with data: spotting trends, supporting reporting, and using insights to guide account activity.
  • Italian or Spanish language skills.

Location & working hours

Fully remote. You will need to be happy working UK time zone hours, with occasional travel requirements to Malta and Gibraltar for meetings and events.
