The Role
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our commercial function. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial parking accounts, focusing on protecting existing revenue, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients receive a consistent and high-quality service. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will work closely with internal teams like Customer Support, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver successful commercial and operational outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to take clear ownership of a dedicated portfolio and make a tangible impact on urban mobility solutions.

How to make an impact
- Own and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, acting as the main day-to-day contact and building strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth and protect existing revenue through regular client reviews, tariff assessments, enforcement optimization, service upgrades, and new site opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new sites, efficient issue resolution, and prompt management of account performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, account plans, performance reports, and client data within the CRM system.
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations while collaborating closely with Sales on seamless handovers and expansion opportunities.

Your background
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing commercial roles.
- Strong commercial awareness with a demonstrated ability to identify and close growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable analyzing data and performance metrics to drive insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and experience working with CRM systems.
- Experience in parking, mobility, property, SaaS, or managing multi-site portfolios is beneficial but not required.
This role is based in London.
