About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you'll support the growth of established client brands, drive customer acquisition and build long-term customer relationships. Working alongside experienced Account Managers, you'll learn how successful client accounts are managed, sales strategies are executed and customer relationships are developed to deliver measurable business growth.
As your experience grows, you'll take on greater ownership of client accounts, contribute to business development initiatives and progress towards managing your own portfolio of client brands.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting client growth by:
- Representing client brands professionally and maintaining exceptional brand standards
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage long-term loyalty
- Driving customer acquisition through professional face-to-face sales and brand representation
- Promoting client products, services and promotional campaigns with confidence and enthusiasm
- Identifying customer needs and recommending solutions that deliver value for both the customer and the client
- Supporting Account Managers with the day-to-day management and growth of client accounts
- Contributing to sales performance, customer retention and account expansion objectives
- Gathering customer and market insights to identify opportunities for continued business growth
- Collaborating with colleagues to consistently achieve sales targets and client objectives
- Developing the commercial, leadership and account management skills required to independently manage client relationships

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events or brand promotion is beneficial but not essential. We provide comprehensive training and are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine ambition to succeed.
