Role: Junior Account Manager Salary: £33,000 + £15,000 OTE Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional IT, networking, and connectivity solutions
  • Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Partner with the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to promote and sell cyber security services into your customer base
  • Introduce the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to customers and facilitate meetings and discussions around their cyber security needs

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond to client needs quickly and effectively
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • A passion for continuous learning, personal growth, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
