About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling existing client accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
  • Cross-selling services to existing customers where applicable

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in any discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Passion for business, finance, or sales, with drive, ambition, and a hunger to succeed
  • Willingness to learn quickly and embrace new challenges
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to career growth

** desirable criterias:**

  • Prior client-facing experience (student roles, part-time jobs, summer electives) considered a plus
  • Intro to financial services, sales, or account management via studies or interests will help
