Junior Account Manager
Onsite – Outskirts of Cambridge | Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
We are currently working with a rapidly growing and dynamic business based on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for a confident and motivated graduate to join their team as a Junior Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is keen to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Main duties will include:
- Delivering a high level of customer service and building strong, long-term relationships
- Keeping existing clients updated on offers, promotions, and company updates
- Proactively engaging with customers to support sales and strengthen relationships
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing customer expectations in a professional and efficient way
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Processing orders and handling payments
- Maintaining and updating customer information within the company database
