Junior Account Manager

Software | Graduate / Early Career | Hybrid
£30,000 + OTE

Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing software development company helping businesses solve problems with intelligent and scalable software solutions. They’re expanding quickly and looking for 3 Junior Account Managers to support client relationships and assist with ongoing commercial activity.

The Role

This is a relationship-focused, consultative position. You’ll support and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring they receive value from software solutions and ongoing account support. You’ll be:

  • Supporting account managers with day-to-day client relationships
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and challenges
  • Coordinating discovery calls, demos, reviews, and briefings
  • Keeping CRM systems and client records up to date
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support account growth

Training & Progression

  • 4 week Furza Training Academy in Manchester (Fully funded)

  • £32,000 base salary (uncapped commission)
  • Three-month structured training programme
