The Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll support and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, helping them maximise the value of the company's technology solutions. You'll work closely with senior team members, gain exposure to consultative sales, and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Support the management and growth of customer accounts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct client meetings via phone, video, and email.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Understand client challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and help deliver against customer objectives.

About You:

  • A 2:1 degree or above.
  • At least 6 months' customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in technology.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
