The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll support and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, helping them maximise the value of the company's technology solutions. You'll work closely with senior team members, gain exposure to consultative sales, and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Support the management and growth of customer accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct client meetings via phone, video, and email.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Understand client challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Monitor account performance and help deliver against customer objectives.
About You:
- A 2:1 degree or above.
- At least 6 months' customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in technology.
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
