Junior Account Manager (HF1341421)

This is an opportunity for a driven sales professional to take ownership of a territory and build a strong pipeline through face-to-face client engagement.

Working within a growing commercial business, you’ll be responsible for developing new relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is a field-first role where your success will come from being proactive, visible in your market, and confident in front of decision-makers.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, backed by a supportive internal team and a business that values high performance and progression.

Key responsibilities • Developing new business across your assigned region through proactive outreach and networking • Meeting clients in person to understand their needs and present tailored solutions • Building a consistent pipeline and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle • Creating long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business • Maintaining accurate records and forecasts to track performance against targets • Representing the company professionally in all client interactions

About you • Experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing environment • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust • Self-motivated with a clear focus on hitting and exceeding targets • Well organised with good time and territory management skills • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Package & benefits • £35,000 basic salary with uncapped earning potential • Realistic first-year on-target earnings of £45,000–£50,000+ • Fully field-based position with flexibility and autonomy • Ongoing training and coaching to support performance • Incentives, bonuses, and recognition for high achievers • Opportunity to join a growing, commercially focused business
