About The Company
Our client is a rapidly scaling SaaS business with a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions to its customers. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a Junior Account Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management, working in a supportive and target-driven environment.
The Position
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-established portfolio of around 150 clients. Your primary focus will be maintaining strong relationships, ensuring high retention levels, and driving revenue growth through existing accounts.
This is a role that blends relationship management with a commercial edge - ideal for someone who enjoys both client interaction and achieving targets.

Key Duties
Overseeing and nurturing a portfolio of approximately 150 accounts Managing the full renewal cycle to maximise retention rates Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services Building trust with clients to understand their needs and challenges Acting as the go-to contact for all account-related matters Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery Monitoring account performance and taking proactive action where needed
