Junior Account Manager
Location: Epsom, Surrey (Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
Remuneration:
- £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission
About the Role
- Kickstart your career in B2B sales with no prior experience required.
- Full training provided for structured development.
- Manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts while identifying business growth opportunities.
The Role
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact for clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue within accounts.
- Support new business activity through:
- Warm leads
- Referrals
- Customer introductions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Learn professional B2B sales skills via structured training and mentoring.
